Each session includes guided upper and lower body exercises using weights, resistance bands, and balls-giving you a well-rounded workout that supports stability, mobility, and independence. Wheatther you're just getting started or have been active for years, you'll feel comfortable and supported. Every movement can be adapted to meet you where you are, so you can safety progress at your own pace.
