P.E.P.P.I.

Peer Exercise Program Promotes Independence (P.E.P.P.I.) is a physical activity program that is designed especially for older adults. This classes uses resistance bands for stretching, strength training, and balance exercises. It is appropriate for inactive older adults, beginners, intermediates, and those with chronic diseases or conditions. P.E.P.P.I. will be held every Wednesday at 10:30.
